Wet progress in an old mine tunnel in North Yorkshire. It went on like this for several hundred yards, luckily not getting any deeper. The dry stone lining was in excellent condition.

Simple flash on camera for this shot. I gave the preset camera to someone else to take the photo of me. The ammunition box in my right hand is used to carry photo gear underground, as you can see in such wet conditions you can just float it along beside you. |
