The Queen Victoria water liliy

This is the bloomofthe famous Queen Victoria water liliy, the largest water liliy in the world. They are grown in the water liliy house specially built to house these lilies when they were first found in the 19th century at Kew Gardens, London.

Shot handheld on a Canon EOS10D with a 80mm-200mm f2.8 "L" series zoom lens at a focal length of 185mm at f2.8 at 1/400th rated at 100 ISO.
